Elcielo Colombian Restaurant

Restaurant El Cielo is characterized by providing its customers with a unique culinary experience, in which all the senses are involved from the very first dish. Techniques ranging from avant-garde cuisine to traditional methods of Colombian cuisine are mixed. Colombia, precisely, is in every step within Elcielo: the ingredients and those who prepare them are Colombians who dream about our flavors reaching the citizens of the world.

Everything served at Elcielo is designed and guided by chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, who always dreamed of having his own creative workshop to create new dishes and concepts. Juanma', as he is known within the gastronomic world, together with a group of almost 12 people is constantly thinking about providing new experiences to the guests who visit the restaurant; always letting their ideas flow in the creative workshop.
