We believe that education is the strongest way to impact society. We trainednsoldiers wounded in combat as distraction therapy and job opportunity, advisingnnew business units and employing come participants with the Elcielo HospitalitynGroup restaurants. The Foundation is a pioneer in the country in involving thennissue of peace with gastronomy.
The programs led by the Foundation are focused on training populations in variousnareas of the kitchen that u2013 for different reasons u2013 have difficulties entering thenworking environment, allowing them to train and gain experience in our kitchens sonnthat they can find employment in a simpler way.
In turn, forgiveness, reconciliation, leadership and teamwork are part of thenworkshops that the Foundations imparts for its members.
In addition, the Foundation leads and promotes initiatives for the education of low-nincome children as well as projects around caring for the environment and ecology.nPlanting trees, cleaning the seas and the proper use of resources are part of thenactivities that the Elcielo Foundation u2013 together with the Kai Restaurant u2013 havenbeen developing to continue deepening its implementation in some territories of Colombia.nThe Elcielo Foundation has benefitted more than 2,000 people with training,nnworkshops and projects carried out.
