Chef & Owner
Known in the gastronomic world as “Juanma,” he is the Founder and Executive Chef of Elcielo Hospitality Group. At 39, he is recognized internationally as one of the most important entrepreneurs, businessmen and peace leaders in Colombia. He is the first chef in history to lead a Colombian cuisine restaurant, Elcielo Washington, D. C., awarded a Michelin Star (April 2021). His restaurant Elcielo Miami also won a Michelin Star (June 2022).
